Many people ask, "Is it hard to find employees?" The majority our employees have been on the Cruz Car Wash team for more than two years and one employee has worked here over twenty years. We work hard, as a team, to achieve the highest standards obtainable in automotive care. Each and every member of our team receives training in quality car care.

 

Tony Alvarez Manager Tony is a long time Santa Cruz county resident, who worked with owner Jeremy Lezin at Salz Leathers. Tony is actually three people rolled into one. He is the face of the car wash and loved by our customers. He's the "go to" person who manages the crew along with his son Matt. And if there's something remotely mechanical that is broken, Tony will fix it. The guy is an energizer bunny, who works out after a physical day at the wash. His significant other is Patty, who cooks a wickedly good Pozole.

 

Matthew Alvarez Manager Bright, energetic (and young), Matt is wise beyond his years. Like his dad, Matt is a quick study and "gets it" the first time. You'll see Matt at the wash, racing between greeting customers, vacuuming a car or directing the crew.

 

 

Jeremy Lezin President Former CEO of Salz Leathers. Jeremy likens Cruz Car Wash to a fine restaurant without food spoilage. There is all of the excitement, action and creation of something beautiful for the customer. Jeremy is married to Wendy and has three children. He's the chair of Second Harvest Food Bank and loves being a member of Santa Cruz Sunrise Rotary Sunrise. Outside pursuits include flying, photography, bicycling and travel.
