All of our decisions are made in the context of the environment and conservation of energy. In fact, Cruz Car Wash is the ONLY car wash certified as a green business, by the Monterey Bay Area Green Business Program. We’re proud of this award and made a number of changes to qualify, including: all new lighting, recycling, air hand dryers and a variable frequency drive on our vacuum motor.
We've recycled since 1976, saving literally millions of gallons of fresh water. Cruz Car wash recycles 70% of the water used to wash your car. And we use a completely green line of chemicals in our tunnel. To learn more about these chemicals, please read the Zep brochure.
